Chase Fitness Return and Exchange Policy

At Chase Fitness, our goal is your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, giving you peace of mind. Here's what you need to know:


  • Chase Fitness welcomes returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase,.
  • To qualify, the products must be in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and still have all tags or labels attached.


  • Please keep in mind that this 30-day return period does not cover tailor-made customer orders, underwear (including thermals and swimwear), socks, water bottles, food products, vitamins, health products, or gift cards.
  • Proof of purchase is a requirement for all return or exchange requests.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:

  • If you encounter a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described product, we are here to help. We will gladly exchange, refund, or repair the product, provided you can show proof of purchase in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team via email to explore your options.
  • Remember, your Chase Fitness purchases are protected by Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to a replacement or refund in cases of major failure and compensation for other foreseeable losses or damages. If the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue isn't a major failure, you can request a repair or replacement.
  • For some products, a manufacturer or repair agent assessment may be necessary.

Return and Exchange Process:

  • Please note that postal returns are available for online purchases but not for exchanges. A shipping fee may apply to returns, including postal returns and the return of bulky items.
  • If you plan to return bulky products like treadmills, exercise bikes, or home gyms, we recommend contacting us via email with photos or videos of fault to go along with your description.


  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, except when you used a gift card, in which case we will provide you with a replacement gift card of equivalent value.
  • It's important to mention that delivery charges (including installation fees) and shipping fees for change of mind refunds are non-refundable.
